Key Responsibilities

Eligibility & Qualifications
> Minimum 12th pass / Graduation preferred.
> Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
> Good communication skills in English, Hindi (local language is a plus).
> Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
